A one hour informational session held within in the comfort of your home to teach you how to properly bind your abdomen to help your muscles and organs return to pre-pregnancy placement. You will have the opportunity to practice binding your belly and ask any questions you may have. This service includes a durable, unbleached muslin fabric belly binder to use throughout your postpartum period.
