Ideal for families wanting to optimize your fertility health, that have been consistently trying to conceive, and/or are already undergoing fertility treatments

• Identify what’s holding you back to create a personalized plan for conception

• Promote healing, manage stress, erase fears, ease frustrations, and gain emotional control

• Assist in rediscovering and reclaiming fertility

• Learn to erase the worry of knowing when you will conceive

• Work through mental and emotional roadblocks

• Guide lifestyle, nutrition, and/or detoxification practices

• Aid in relaxation and mindfulness techniques, including guided meditations

• Six biweekly virtual check-in sessions to ensure conception goals are on target

• IUI/IVF support and preparation

• Accompaniment to one clinic appointment (virtual/in-person)

• Provide holistic care resources

• Unlimited email/text support for up to three months

We will assist you in establishing new goals, educating you on your options, and helping you create a mind-body-spirit balance for a more positive journey.
